DES ENFANTS

Based on the principle of montage cut, or the image of children's energies, this documentary film offers a fragmented look at the work of the child dancers in “enfant”, Boris Charmatz's choreographic work created for the Cour d'honneur of the Palais des Papes at the 2011 Avignon Festival. Shot during performances in Lisbon and Paris in 2011, the film is a portrait of the children, aged 6 to 12, during warm-up, rehearsal and performance.
